Assistant Director
GoCreate is an 18,000-square-foot makerspace on the campus of Wichita State University where people of all ages and experiences can join the maker community in the design and creation of physical objects for innovation, education, research, entrepreneurship, and recreation. Due to the vision and generous investment of the Koch Family Foundation as founding supporters in 2016, GoCreate provides the perfect environment for all members to develop an entrepreneurial mindset for life changing creativity. Makers can participate in open studios, one-on-one trainings, workshops, hosted classes, and group activities. Spaces are equipped with emerging technologies like 3D printing and laser cutting, along with areas dedicated to textiles, woodworking, and metalworking. Our mission is to provide a space where all people can come together to learn and create and empower personal growth.
